About the Decorator:

Brenda LaMonte is a native to the Garland/Rowlett area and has been decorating cakes since 1989.  The styles may change, but we make every effort to keep up with the times.  I'm an ophthalmic technician by day and a cake artist on nights & weekends!  It's a crazy life...but I would trade it!
